Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau records read through the Chinese vaccine names. A record from anywhere else can still be entered by hand, row by row.
Why does it say a dose is not documented when it is clearly on the card? Usually one of three reasons, and the app states which: the dose was given below the minimum age the US requires for it; the record does not say whether an oral polio dose was trivalent; or the vaccine has no component the state is asking about. Tap the requirement to see the evidence.
Does it tell me what shots my child needs? No. It reports on a document. The school nurse or civil surgeon makes the determination.
